NoBroker Technologies - Machine Learning Scientist - Generative AI/NLP (1-4 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Scientist with a strong background in Generative AI, NLP, and large language models (LLMs) to join our Data Science team.

In this role, you will contribute to research and model development for applications in speech, images, and text, focusing on innovative solutions that align with NoBroker.com's core values of quality, rigor, and user privacy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with ML Engineers to design data-driven solutions for complex business challenges.

- Define business and technical problems and formulate them as Machine Learning tasks.

- Research and develop models across multiple domains, including speech, image, and text processing.

- Fine-tune LoRa and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for LLMs, especially in colloquial languages.

- Build scalable applications for speech and language models in both consumer and enterprise contexts.

- Participate in validation, monitoring, reporting, maintenance, and deployment of ML models in production.

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ML projects, from experimentation to production.

- Engage in planning, development, and execution of team projects, contributing to both research and development.

Requirements :

- Strong quantitative skills and deep technical expertise in Applied AI and LLMs.

- Proven programming skills with a track record of delivering ML applications.

- Excellent grasp of applied machine learning theories, including hands-on experience with LLMs.

- Experience with consumer-scale ML applications and ability to manage end-to-end ML lifecycle.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to gather requirements and create technical solutions.

- Proficiency in guiding and mentoring a team of ML Engineers and Data Scientists.

- Creative, collaborative, and product-focused, with a drive for continuous improvement.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and independently explore innovative ideas to enhance customer experience.
