Job Description


Job Title: Training and Development Executive


Location: Noble Hospital, Hadapsar


Position Type: Full-Time


Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Training and Development Executive to manage and enhance the training and onboarding processes within our hospital. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a hospital setting and will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring training programs that ensure our staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs tailored to the needs of various hospital departments, including clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the hospital's culture and procedures.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, utilizing various instructional methods and technologies.
  • Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps; analyze performance metrics to determine the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation. Ensure all training records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from participants and make necessary adjustments to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Coordination: Work closely with HR and other departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals and ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, Education, or a related field. Certifications in training or development are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Skills:

Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to design and implement effective training programs.

Proficiency in using training software and tools.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


Personal Attributes:

Patient and empathetic with a commitment to supporting staff development.

Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
