Associate Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager - must have but not limited to below strength

Working along with CFT and With in PM area on Projects.
Expected travel activity: 20 % time in a year.
Geographical scope: Own country or deputation based on project requirements.

Main tasks & responsibilities
1. Planning of resources, time and economy according to customer requirements and ensure fulfilment of plans. Approve allocation and prioritization of key resources with line management
2.Responsible for change orders and Change management within financial/Time framework in QMS or agreed with project Stakeholders internal and external Both
3. Compliance with NNE QMS systems, standards and methods as basis for execution and ensure proper project is in control Process is followed
4. Project leadership: In cooperation with management representative ensure that project team possesses required competencies, works efficiently, and ensure feedback to and development of team members
5. Stakeholder management: Ensure efficient cooperation with customer s project team and that stakeholders, especially operation team administrative both, are informed about project status, challenges, risks and mitigating actions

Education
1. BE/BTech in Engineering or similar
2. Added advantage for the role if PMP certified etc.
3. Fluent in English, spoken and written

Experience
1. 8 years of experience. Min. 4 - 6 years as team on pharma/biotech projects or more would be an added advantage.
2. Knowledge of all project execution phases like CD/BD/DD CONM
3. Understanding Project schedule

Success criteria
1. Execution of major projects that meet customer expectations and Project success criteria as defined by PM and stakeholders on Projects
2. Ensure relevant project staffing and that project is executed efficiently
3. Ensure that opportunities to develop people and methods are integrated in project in dialogue with line managers
4. Customer & employee satisfaction score on or above target
5. Align with customers and running workshops based
6. Building understanding on NNE Practices and other relevant systems

Decision power
1. Responsible for project-related decisions within framework approved by PM and stakeholders
2. Responsible for change orders within financial framework in QMS or agreed with project steering committee

Innovation & initiative
1. Take initiative and drive solutions to problems arising in projects
2. Drive innovation in project management working methods
3. Participate in and contribute to relevant Communities on knowledge sharing

Communication & stakeholders
Internal: Communication and coordination with Project management team or management representative, project staff and major stakeholders of project
External: Communication and coordination with customer s staff and management, suppliers, contractors and authorities
