Service Enginner - SMT

Selected candidates will be responsible for Installation and Commissioning of Automations for Pick and Place, process equipments of Solar Cell & Module line.

2. Should be apt with Electrical connections (reading electrical drawings, inter module connections, communication/ Handshaking connections).

3. Mechanical tasks consisting of machine unit assembly, jig set up, mounting of test units would be part of the responsibility.

4. Will be responsible for Teaching of positions and path for Gantry and 6-Axis Robots (pre- programmed). Fine tuning in Micron level would be part of the job scope.

5. Will be responsible for after I&C Service support at customer site.

6. Should have basic knowledge on PLC Programming. (Knowledge on Debugging of existing program would be plus point)

7. Knowledge on Communication protocols would be helpful for MES set up at selective customer set up.

8. Should have knowledge on RCA tools and 5S.Role & responsibilities
