Experience: 2- 6 year experience in SMD machine maintenance & Process

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for SMD machinery, including pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, wave soldering oven, screen printers, and inspection systems (X-Ray).
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, reports, and equipment logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in SMD equipment.
• Ensure timely and effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting and maintaining SMD equipment such as pick-and-place machines (e.g., JUKI, Yamaha), reflow ovens, Wave soldering oven, Robot soldering, Router and inspection systems (AOI/X-Ray).
• Strong understanding of SMD assembly processes, solder paste printing, and reflow soldering techniques.
• Familiarity with ESD protection standards and practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• Proven experience in maintenance engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics.
