Trainee HR

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
   
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Support in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in offer letter preparation and candidate onboarding.
2. HR Onboarding, Induction, and Orientation:
   
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Organize and conduct induction and orientation programs to familiarize employees with company policies, culture, and processes.
3. Employee Connect and Engagement:
   
• Support in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide timely support.
• Assist in conducting periodic employee feedback sessions and surveys.
4. Exit Interviews and Exit Process:
   
• Conduct exit interviews and document feedback.
• Ensure smooth execution of the exit process, including clearance and final settlement coordination.
5. HR Operations:
   
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Assist with payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave tracking.
• Support in drafting HR communications and managing documentation.
6. Training and Development:
   
• Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
• Track training participation and maintain training records.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior internship or experience in HR functions (preferred but not mandatory).

• Initial 6 months will be on Training and Stipened will be paid from Rs 20000 to Rs. 250000 and once person will be offered for the permanent Job offfer will be offered CTC of 3.5 Lacs to 4.5 Lacs
