Job Description

As a Sales Executive for KORA's luxury retail stores in Mumbai, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional shopping experiences. Your expertise in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement will be crucial in achieving the brand's sales targets and contributing to its overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use of effective selling skills to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.


• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across all KORA product categories to provide personalized recommendations and styling advice to customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.

• Achieve high sales performance metrics, including:

• Active sales target achievement

• Maintaining a high average basket value (ABV) and average basket quantity (ABQ)

• Achieving a strong average selling price (ASP)

• Demonstrating a high conversion rate (percentage of interactions leading to a sale)

• Driving effective upselling and cross-selling (percentage of transactions with additional items)

• Maintaining a high customer satisfaction score based on surveys and feedback

• Engage with customers proactively, greeting them warmly and collecting contact information to nurture relationships.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.

• Make sure orders (MTM) of customers are noted correctly with clear communication on types of alteration, trail dates and excepted delivery date.

• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build lasting relationships.

• Candidate should have a strong eye for detail who thrives in a sales environment and prioritizes exceptional customer service, should also possess great grooming & hygiene.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail store, preferably in the luxury retail.

• Excellent product knowledge and understanding of the KORA brand, its product offerings, and target customer demographics.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets at previous stores

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

• Digitally sound: should be able to use basic customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite.
