As a Store Manager for KORA's luxury retail stores, you will be responsible for driving the overall success of the store, overseeing sales performance, virtual merchandising, inventory management, and identifying industry trends to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations and Sales Management: • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Oversee the sales team's performance, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Analyse sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store operations and drive revenue growth. • Manage inventory levels, ensuring the right product mix is available to meet customer demand. • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events. Virtual Merchandising and Inventory Management: • Oversee the store's visual merchandising, ensuring the displays and product presentations align with the KORA brand's aesthetic and appeal to the target customer demographic. • Manage the store's inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining optimal stock levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking. • Identify and address any risks or challenges related to inventory management, such as shrinkage, damage, or obsolescence. Customer Experience and Relationship Management: • Foster a customer-centric culture within the store, ensuring the sales team provides personalized and exceptional service to all customers, including high-net-worth individuals (HNWI). • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNWI clients, understanding their preferences and providing tailored solutions. • Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall shopping experience. Product Expertise and Made-to-Measure Services: • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of KORA's product offerings, including the latest collections, materials, and craftsmanship. • Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers, ensuring they find the perfect luxury items to match their refined tastes. • Oversee the store's made-to-measure services, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for clients. Compliance and Ethics: • Ensure the store's operations adhere to the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ethical guidelines. • Foster a culture of integrity and professionalism within the store, setting the tone for the sales team. • Identify and address any potential risks or compliance issues, taking appropriate actions to mitigate them.

Requirements: • Minimum 7 years of experience in a leadership role within a luxury retail environment, preferably in the fashion industry. • Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Excellent product knowledge and understanding of the KORA brand, its product offerings, and target customer demographics. • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing sales team. • Proficient in data analysis and using customer relationship management (CRM) software to make informed decisions. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, sales team, and cross-functional stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
