Job Description: Project Sales Executive
Position Title: Project Sales Executive
Location: Kasturi Nagar, Bangalore
Reports To: Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets within a business-to-business environment. You will be working closely with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and research potential business clients.
    • Cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate new leads.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and develop leads.

  1. Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
    • Schedule and conduct sales presentations via phone, video calls, or in-person meetings.
    • Present products or services in a compelling way, highlighting the value proposition for each client.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with decision-makers.

  1. Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and solutions to meet clients' evolving needs.
    • Follow up regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.

  1. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
    • Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and pipeline status.
    • Collaborate with the sales manager to create action plans for achieving sales goals.



  1. Market & Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
    • Provide feedback to internal teams (marketing, product development) based on customer insights and competitive landscape.

  1. Data Record Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system.
    • Log all client communications, meetings, and activities.
    • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in same workspace concept industries).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in workspace concept industry & sales.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
