Job Description
- Maintain an up-to-date record of latest circulars, agreements, audit reports, inspection letters, and penalty letters.
- Ensure proper categorization, filing, and organization of these records within the internal repository systems.
- Regularly verify and reconcile circulars, audit reports, and inspection letters with the internal repository to ensure consistency and completeness of records.
- Track and report on compliance-related deadlines, actions, and audit schedules.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly MIS reports.
- Ensure the internal repository system for circulars, audits, agreements and related documents to it is regularly updated and accurate.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal and compliance team of GRC, including document management and filing.
- Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the department.
