Product Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in building consumer-facing applications, specifically within the fintech lending domain. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing and executing innovative app-based solutions that enhance user experiences and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Vision:

○ Define and execute the product vision and strategy for consumer lending apps.

○ Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.

2. Consumer App Development:

○ Lead the ideation, design with Figma, and launch of intuitive and scalable app-based lending solutions.

○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data analytics, to deliver best-in-class user experiences.

3. User-Centric Design and Testing:

○ Conduct user research and usability testing to understand customer pain points and preferences.

○ Translate insights into actionable product features that delight users.

4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

○ Stay updated on industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive offerings in the fintech app space.

○ Use insights to refine product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

5. Performance Tracking and Optimization:

○ Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the apps success and user engagement. ○ Monitor app performance and implement data-driven improvements at Cohort Level.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration:

○ Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including technology partners, marketing teams, and regulatory bodies.

○ Act as a product evangelist to build consensus and drive alignment by owning the PRD & BRD.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on consumer app development in the fintech lending space.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful consumer-facing applications.
• Deep understanding of app-based lending products and customer lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools.
