Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Robotics Engineer to join our team. The ideal
candidate will design, develop, and implement robotic systems that enhance productivity
and efficiency within our aerospace and defence projects.
Responsibilities:
\u2219 Design and Develop Robotic Systems : Create detailed plans and designs for
robotic systems using CAD tools.
\u2219 Testing and Troubleshooting : Conduct quality control and function tests to gauge
performance, and determine causes of malfunctions and errors.
\u2219 Integration : Integrate robotic systems with existing aerospace and defence
machinery and processes.
\u2219 Programming : Program robots or robotic systems to perform required tasks.
\u2219 Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation including design
specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
\u2219 Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical,
electrical, and safety engineers.
\u2219 Training : Provide technical support and training to staff on the safe and efficient
operation of robotic systems.
\u2219 Research : Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotic technology and
incorporate them into designs.
Qualifications:
\u2219 Education : Bachelors degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical
Engineering, or a related field.
\u2219 Experience : Proven experience in designing and developing robotic systems,
preferably in the aerospace and defence industry.
\u2219 Skills :
o Strong knowledge of CAD tools.
o Programming languages (e.g., C++, Python).
o Proficiency with simulation software such as Siemens NX, ANSYS, CATIA,
Solid Edge, and PTC Creo.
o Familiarity with development boards like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Jetson
Orin, and FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) boards.
o Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
o Excellent communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
