Overview:

The PMO-RMG Team Head will play a crucial role in supporting PMO-Resource Management Group operations across the organization. This position involves managing timesheets, requirements mapping, workflow creation, and oversight of various internal initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, and a proactive approach to driving automation initiatives as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• PMO-RMG Team Heading: Heading and guiding a team of junior and mid-level PMO-RMG team members to ensure the efficient execution of all assigned PMO-RMG tasks.
• Timesheet Management: Oversee timesheet processes, address queries from finance, and ensure timely updates.
• Collaboration with parent organisation
• Collaborate with parent organisation team to map out requirements
• Create and maintain workflows for operational efficiency as and when required by parent organisation.
• Managing and maintaining the Statement of Work (SOW) repository once received from internal Operations Managers
• providing the Timesheet details to the parent organisation team for all the synergy accounts and also resolve queries.
• Bench Management: Oversee Delivery bench management and related processes and maintain Delivery resource utilization at optimum level.
• Internal Task Oversight: Monitor and review tasks within the PMO-RMG team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Automation Initiatives: Driving , overlooking, brainstorming, and leading Automation initiatives of internal tools inside Nitor
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain a positive rapport with all internal managers to gather updates and facilitate communication.
• Ad-Hoc Reporting: Create and deliver Delivery resource-related reports based on user requests and organizational needs.
• Executive Meetings: Conduct meetings with the CEO to understand requirements and present relevant Delivery resource-related data. Being at sync all times with CEO to understand organisational motif and drive the organisation in the correct direction.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Organize and coordinate sync-up calls and meetings to gather and fulfil requirements from all internal departments ( ex: Talent Development team, People function team, Delivery Unit Heads, Technology Circle Heads) and ensuring smooth operations and coordination.
• Offboarding and PI/PE Calls: Manage offboarding calls, take part in PI/PE discussions, and provide necessary approvals, project & interview feedbacks for engineer offboarding.
• Indent Management: Map and manage indents, providing weekly reports to all Delivery Unit Heads and Technology Circle heads and ensuring smooth transition of bench engineers sharing between Ascendion (parent org) and Nitor. Also mapping the internal bench engineers to the open indents and help the internal managers with the required profiles and feeback.
• Synergy Accounts Oversight: Maintain an updated list and report of engineers allocated to synergy accounts shared between Parent company and Nitor along with billing rates and various other confidential data.
