Job Description
- Must have Min. 5 ~ 6 Years Manufacturing Shop Floor Experience in Production Supervisory role. (OEM Preferred Tier # 1)
- Exposure on Lean Expertise is Must with the focus of Shop Floor Improvements Drive
- Hands on Experience on 5S, Kaizen, Line Balancing is MUST.
- Previous Role Worked as MR in QMS System and EMS System with Good Auditing Skill.
- Hands on Experience on Manufacturing experience Members training on Manufacturing excellence Tools.
- Must have Quality Circle Promotion and event Participations (Leading a team from his Plant for the OEM Participated Competitions)
- Should have Very good Facilitation Skills – With Good Presentation Preparations
- Audit Report Making Skill with Countermeasure Suggestions.
- Good Communication Skills
- Must have Process Audit Capability with comparison of Quality Standards
- Excellent level of MS Office & Power Bi Proficiency
- Previously involved in Any Digital Projects will be added Advantage.
- Have good Experience in Problem Solving Tools Like WHY-WHY, Decision matrix, & 3 Gen Principles.
- MUST Have high Process Observation Skills to Identify the Deviations from Standard.
- Projects Execution capacity using Cross functional Team Approach
