Neysa.ai - Frontend Developer - React.js Framework (4-8 yrs)

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer (ReactJS) with 4-6 years of experience to join our front-end team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance, scalable, and reusable UI components. You should be proficient in modern front-end development with expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Zustand, Tailwind CSS and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance React applications.

- Design and implement reusable UI components using React.js, Zustand, and TypeScript.

- Ensure seamless user experiences by optimizing applications for performance and accessibility.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to build scalable solutions.

- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Implement state management solutions using Zustand for smooth app functionality.

- Work with RESTful APIs and integrate with backend services.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

- Conduct thorough testing (unit & integration) and debug issues effectively.

- Stay updated with the latest React ecosystem trends and front-end best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in React.js development.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and Tailwind CSS.

- Strong experience with state management libraries (Zustand preferred, Redux is a plus).

- Experience in handling performance optimizations in front-end applications.

- Deep understanding of modern CSS methodologies (Flexbox, Grid, Animations).

- Hands-on experience with code versioning tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).

- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

- Experience working with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of Node.js or SSR concepts.

- Experience with GraphQL or Apollo Client.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for front-end applications.

- Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or enterprise application development environment.
