1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

c) Conduct investigations into employee grievances and recommend appropriate actions.
d) Foster a positive organizational culture and environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
3. Performance Management:
a) Manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring that reviews are conducted in a timely and constructive manner.
b) Work with managers to set clear goals and provide feedback to employees.
c) Identify employee development needs and recommend training or coaching programs.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
a) Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with company policies.
b) Coordinate payroll-related inquiries and ensure accuracy in processing.
5. Training and Development:
a) Identify training and development opportunities for employees to enhance skills and improve performance.
b) Organize and manage training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives.

6. Engagement Activities:
a) Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture and improve employee morale.
b) Organize company events, team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
c) Measure employee engagement levels and recommend strategies for improvement.
7. Employee Recognition:
a) Develop and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and milestones.
b) Ensure a supportive and inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes recognition.
8. Feedback and Surveys:
a) Conduct employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction.
b) Analyze survey results and develop action plans to address areas for improvement.

c) Oversee the management and maintenance of office facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized workplace.
d) Collaborate with vendors for office supplies, cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
e) Coordinate the layout and space planning of office areas to accommodate organizational needs.

9. Vendor and Contractor Coordination:
a) Ensure that vendors meet performance standards and deliver services within budget.

10. HR Documentation:
a) Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
b) Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
11. Reporting & Analytics:
a) Prepare HR reports on metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, training effectiveness, and engagement.
b) Analyze data and recommend improvements in HR processes or facilities management.
