Factory HR Manager related on-boarding & orientation, employee relations, performance management, trainign & development, safety & compliance, employee engagement & retention, policy deveopment & implementation, grievances .Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and participate in the selection process to hire top talent. Onboard new hires, ensuring they understand company culture, policies, and benefits. Oversee performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees. Employee Relations and Engagement: Manage employee relations, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, satisfaction, and productivity. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. Benefits and Compensation: Manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, paid time off, etc.) and ensure their smooth administration. Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain employees. Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits and compensation. HR Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure fair treatment and legal compliance. Oversee payroll processing and employee recordkeeping (may involve using HRIS software). Strategic HR Planning: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals. Analyze workforce data and trends to identify future talent needs and develop proactive strategies. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and emerging trends in the field.
