We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our growth journey. Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with founders and senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Drive the development of company culture, ensuring it supports our mission, values, and objectives.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for both corporate and factory positions.
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process that sets new hires up for success.
- Manage overall HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Design and facilitate training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
- Utilize KEKA software to manage HR processes and data effectively.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Address the unique HR needs of our factory operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and labor laws in the factory setting.
Qualifications :
- MBA in HR or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of HR experience, with a focus on scaling startups and managing
- HR functions in an FMCG environment.
- Proven track record of overseeing HR operations in both corporate and factory settings.
- In-depth knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws.
- Proficiency in KEKA software is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
