Job Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and applications for qualifications and experience
- Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews
- Develop and maintain a talent pool for future openings
- Perform reference checks and background screenings
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms

Candidate Needs to Do:
- Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews to evaluate candidates skills and experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications
- Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings
- Perform reference checks and background screenings on prospective hires
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Participate in job fairs and industry events to promote the company and attract talent
- Provide feedback to candidates regarding their application status
- Assist in the creation and execution of recruitment marketing strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to improve recruitment processes and strategies
