Note: With ambitious plans to scale KHA to 150 outlets within 2 years and 500 outlets within 5. years, we are seeking a seasoned Head of Operations to join our leadership team and play. a pivotal role in this exciting journey.

Role Overview:

- As the Head of Operations, you will lead and oversee the operational strategy and execution for all our brands.

- Reporting directly to the cofounders, Nishant and Pranav, you will drive scalable growth, ensure operational excellence, and build the systems and teams necessary to achieve Nino Foods' ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Scaling Operations:

- Lead the expansion journey from 32 outlets to 150 within 2 years, and beyond to 500 outlets within 5 years.

- Develop and execute robust scaling strategies, ensuring consistency and quality across all outlets.

Systems & Processes:

- Design, implement, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency.

- Establish analytics-driven decision-making frameworks to improve performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Team Building:

- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing operations team.

- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.

Industry Expertise:

- Leverage deep connections in the F&B industry to source talent, vendors, and partnerships.

- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure Nino Foods remains competitive and innovative.

Operational Leadership:

- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards across all outlets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance menu development, supply chain efficiency, and customer experience.

- Proven experience scaling QSR operations from 30+ outlets to 150+ outlets.

- Background with leading global QSR brands.

- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with a track record of creating systems and Sop's.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.

- Well-connected in the F&B industry with a knack for building strategic relationships.
