UI/UX Developer

Overview:

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experience
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems
• Stay updated on emerging trends in UI/UX design and technology
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately
• Create and maintain a design system for consistent user interface elements and user experience across platforms
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing
• Contribute to the front-end development process with a focus on usability and visual appeal
• Work with cross-functional teams to create user interfaces for new and existing digital products
• Design and implement responsive web and mobile interfaces
• Conduct competitor and customer analysis to support design solutions
• Participate in user interface design discussions and reviews

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role
• Demonstrated portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web/mobile applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with agile development processes and working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in implementing accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus
• Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to user experience is a plus
• Knowledge of motion design and its application in UI/UX is a plus
