Overview:

• Lead and manage a team of MERN stack developers.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the MERN stack and web development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of MERN stack developers.
• Demonstrated expertise in MongoDB, Express. js, React, and Node. js.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of version control systems (e. g. , Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Capability to make decisions under pressure and lead by example.
• Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and developing technical talent.
