Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality applications and web services using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js) technology stack.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Maintain:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the MERN stack, ensuring robust and efficient performance across the application lifecycle.
- Architecture Design:- Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications, making architectural and design decisions that best support the solution.
- Code Quality:- Write clean, modular, and reusable code, implementing best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend, backend, and QA, to build end-to-end solutions that meet product goals.
- Stay Updated:- Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web development, especially in the MERN ecosystem, and make recommendations for new technologies or methodologies as
- Education:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience:- 5+ years of experience in web development with a strong focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).knowledge Next.js is a plus.
- Proficiency in Frontend Development:- Extensive experience with React.js and a solid understanding of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Backend Expertise:- Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js, including building RESTful APIs and working with middleware.
- Database Skills:- Expertise in MongoDB and MYSQL, including data modeling, optimization, and integration with the application layer.
- Version Control:- Proficient with Git and version control systems.
- Problem-Solving Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an emphasis on finding creative solutions.
- Communication:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
