Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for institutional projects (, PSU, and corporate, Banking, Education industries).
  
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at PMCs, architectural firms, builders, and contractors.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in B2B sales or project sales in the Furniture, Furniture Hardware or building material industry.
  
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
