Technical Lead - MS Dynamics CRM (8-10 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team.

As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

You will provide technical leadership, oversee development projects, and ensure the effective integration of CRM systems with other enterprise applications.

Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions.

- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Project Management :

- Lead and manage CRM development projects from inception to completion.

- Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize tasks.

- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.

CRM System Administration :

- Manage and maintain the CRM system, including configuration, customization, and data migration.

- Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Integration :

- Integrate the CRM system with other enterprise applications (e.g, ERP, HR, marketing automation).

- Develop and maintain data interfaces and workflows.

Custom Development :

- Develop custom CRM components, plugins, and workflows using C# and JavaScript.

- Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Stakeholder Management :

- Effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project sponsors.

- Build strong relationships and foster collaboration.

- Manage expectations and address concerns.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM implementation and support.

- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful projects.

Technical Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, MS SQL, MS SSIS.

- Proficiency in C# and JavaScript programming languages.

- Experience with plugin development
