Job Summary :

The ServiceNow TPRM Analyst is a seasoned professional responsible for leading and managing the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program using the ServiceNow platform. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, this role involves in-depth expertise in TPRM, regulatory compliance, and the ability to develop and execute advanced risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the strategic development and execution of the TPRM program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior TPRM team members.

- Enhance and optimize the ServiceNow platform to automate and streamline TPRM processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

- Stay abreast of ServiceNow updates and new features, incorporating them into the TPRM program as applicable.

- Conduct advanced risk assessments of third-party vendors, employing sophisticated risk analysis techniques.

- Develop and implement risk assessment methodologies tailored to specific organizational needs.

- Ensure the organization's TPRM program complies with relevant industry regulations, standards, and frameworks.

- Stay current with emerging regulatory requirements and adjust the TPRM program accordingly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, IT, and business units, to ensure comprehensive and effective TPRM integration.

- Act as a liaison between TPRM and other departments to foster a collaborative risk management culture.

- Lead incident response efforts related to third-party security incidents, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

- Develop and implement advanced remediation plans, leveraging deep technical and risk management knowledge.

- Implement and manage continuous monitoring processes to track changes in third-party risk profiles.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the TPRM program based on industry trends, lessons learned, and emerging threats.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in TPRM, with a focus on ServiceNow implementation & information security, risk management, with a proven track record of successfully managing and enhancing TPRM programs.

- Experience in ServiceNow platform administration and TPRM leadership roles is essential.

- Certified in ServiceNow administration, ServiceNow Risk Management, and relevant TPRM certifications (e.g., Certified Third Party Risk Professional - CTPRP).

- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).

- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
