Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve website ranking on major search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Perform on-page optimization including meta tags, header tags, URL structures, and content optimization.
- Generate XML sitemaps and submit them to search engines for better indexing and crawling.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Perform regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and recommend solutions.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators to optimize existing content and develop new content ideas to improve SEO performance.
- Monitor and report on SEO metrics, such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement.
- Provide recommendations for website structure, design, and content improvements to enhance search engine visibility.
- Stay informed about industry developments and share insights and recommendations with the marketing team.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
