OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

To shape the Digital Business for Kotaklife and help in building its Digital Business agenda by driving organic business growth. Craft and execute the SEO strategy around digital customer acquisition. The user base will be acquired for investors, policy holder

Key Responsibilities

• Bringing in quality Organic traffic growth & the conversions achieved through the Organic traffic
• Lead and plan the overall Content Marketing effort, SEO analysis and CRO(conversion rate optimization) recommendations
• Creation/conduct of internal reviews, presentation, business review & performance of SEO, organic channel, website with management
• Handling different stakeholders including and not limited to SEO agencies, Internal team, Compliance, Audit, Product
• Improving and Managing website from SEO aspect (ecommerce) and managing backend updates/CMS updates towards SEO.
• Lead comprehensive technical site audits on desktop and mobile to identify gaps like multiple domains, correct indexing, best practices, page indexing, text to HTML ratio, broken links, etc. and create recommendations. Also, drive the execution of optimization plans with the relevant teams.
• Plan monthly keyword planning & research content topics to create high value and traffic content (e.g., blogs, videos, articles, etc.) for the website
• Identify, measure and report key SEO KPIs including: contribution to the business, top keywords, top pages, conversion rates, Brand vs non-brand, and MOM performance, lead to login ratio etc.
• Create and execute detailed plan for off-page optimizations such as link building: Internal, Inbound and Outbound links
• Analyze website architecture, content, backlinks and other factors to identify issues and opportunities for SEO
• Recommend SEO best practices about website architecture, UI/UX, content coverage, linking, and other factors
• Leverage tools to monitor and improve SEO metrics such as crawl rate, indexation, and SERP rankings for relevant keywords. Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
• Stay up to date on SEO and digital marketing trends
• Competitor tracking on website in the same category/vertical and take the learnings to execution

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory
• Candidate from Mumbai Western Line preferred
• Minimum experience of 2 year as in SEO role is mandatory
