Experience : 5-10 Years in Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction industry will be preferred
Job Description :
- Talent Acquisition: Having good experience in Talent Acquisition, Scrutinize CV, Scheduling Interviews, Candidate Finalisation
- Induction, On Boarding, Orientation
- Rolling out Offer Letter, Appointment letter
- Maintaining Recruitment MIS, Preparing data, presentation whenever required
- Co ordination
- PMS & Probation review
- Employee Engagement
- Responsible for HR regulatory emails
- Expertise in Administration work
- Arrangement of Events, company's cultural programs
