Manager - Finance (Analyst Role) - Infrastructure Industry

Job Purpose:

Responsible is to ensure the timely submission of statutory reports to financial institutions and government authorities, while providing critical financial insights to management through various Management Information Systems (MIS) reports. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, analyzing financial data, and presenting recommendations to inform strategic business decisions.

Key Areas of Work:

Financial Accounting

• Involves understanding and interpreting balance sheets and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to assess the financial health of the organization.

Ratio Analysis

• Involves calculating and analyzing various financial ratios to evaluate the company's performance, efficiency, and profitability.

Bank Liaisoning

• Establishing and maintaining effective communication and relationships with banks to facilitate financial transactions and services.

Valuation Preparation

• Preparing valuations for assets and business components to determine their worth for financial reporting, investment, and sale purposes.

Property Search

• Conducting detailed searches and evaluations to identify suitable properties for investment, development, or operational use.

Stock Audit Knowledge in the Construction Industry

• Possessing knowledge of stock audits, including inventory management and verification, specific to the construction industry.

ASM Compliance

• Ensuring that all operations and processes comply with Applicable Statutory Mandates (ASM) and regulatory requirements.

Loan Repayment Schedule

• Managing the repayment schedules of loans to ensure timely payments and maintaining a good credit standing.

Credit Rating Documentation

• Preparing comprehensive documentation required for credit rating assessments by agencies like CRISIL and banks.

Bank Audit Compliance

• Ensuring that all financial and operational activities comply with bank audit requirements as per the conditions of sanction.

Professional Skillsets Required:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in finance or accounting domain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 05 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of balance sheets, profit & loss account statement.
• Strong Knowledge on financial reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of construction ERP
• Working knowledge of Advanced Microsoft functions
