NIIT - MTS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SFDC Tester to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Salesforce testing and a keen eye for detail. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and integrity of our Salesforce applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications to ensure functionality, performance, reliability, and security.

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.

- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.

- Conduct regression testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

- Provide regular status reports and updates on testing activities.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4 years of experience in Salesforce testing.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and components.

- Proficiency in using Salesforce testing tools and frameworks.

- Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium or similar.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
