Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Functional, Automation, and AI LLM Model Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing web-based software products and be proficient in both manual and automation testing methodologies, with a focus on validating AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for web-based applications.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts using tools like Selenium.
• Test and validate AI/ML models, focusing on LLM (Large Language Models) for accuracy, reliability, and ethical behaviour.
• Design test cases and ensure comprehensive test coverage for both functional and AI-driven features.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance best practices and CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, automation, and testing tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in testing web-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of functional testing, including regression and integration testing.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium.
• Familiarity with testing AI/ML models, especially Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with REST API testing tools like Postman.
• Proficiency in writing automation scripts in Java.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in AI model explainability and bias testing.
• Understanding of NLP-based testing and related tools.
