Role Overview
NIIT Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Training Coordinator to join our team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating training programs in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, with a key focus on new hire induction programs.
