Hiring For Data Delivery Lead (10+ years)

Skills:

• Experience delivering data and analytics projects that involve data warehouse, BI reporting, and data engineering, Advance Analytics.
• Experience with DWH and ETL technologies like DB2, Netezza, Oracle, Ab Initio, ADF
• Good understanding of dataops, Release Processes, Reconciliation Testing
• Proven experience in managing and delivering complex data projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and objectives.
• 3+ years of experience in a data engineering, metadata management, database modelling and development role.

Responsibility:

• Overall responsibility for resource management of the team.
• Ability to prioritise and ensure work is delivered against competing priorities, working with the team leads to resolve resource conflicts.
• Overseeing and coordinating the daily operational activities of the team.
• Ensuring all the deliveries are completed on time and according to specifications.
• Set the focus, or direction, of the team, and enable them to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Building, tracking, maintaining, and reporting of project.
• Collaborate with the team leads, developers, and clients to determine the scope and timeline of the project.
• Ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of data, and that solutions meet quality standards.
• Manage project risks and take corrective measures.
