Creative Lead - Adobe Creative Suite (14-18 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and drive the overall creative vision and strategy for the brand across all channels.

- Guide the conceptualization, design, and execution of creative projects, campaigns, and branding initiatives.

- Maintain the integrity of the company's brand by ensuring consistency across all creative materials.

- Develop creative strategies that meet business goals and elevate the brand.

- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure that the creative output remains fresh and relevant.

- Integrate the latest design techniques, digital strategies, and media trends into creative projects.

- Present creative ideas, concepts, and campaigns to internal stakeholders. Pitch new ideas and solutions that drive the brand forward.

- Work closely with other departments to integrate creative elements into broader
strategies.

- Oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are of high quality. Work with project managers to allocate resources and set timelines.

- Review and approve final designs, copy, layouts, and other creative assets, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 13+ years of experience in creative roles, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial position within a corporate environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

- Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Autodesk Maya, with expertise in digital media production and exceptional conceptual skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate creative ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through execution.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving brand and business needs.

- A strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, projects, and brand initiatives

- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.

- Experience in 3D Motion designing

- Strong understanding of video production, animation, and web design
