JOB DESCRIPTION :

8+ years of consultant must have Development in Java - Liferay.

Responsibilities :

- Development experience in Java - Liferay.

- A strong technical background including experience development.

- Strong time-management and prioritization skills, and attention to detail.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, especially applied to understanding and communicating.

- Ability to work with large teams.

- Develop, implement, and maintain web-based applications using Java, Liferay, and related technologies.

- Customize and extend Liferay Portal to meet business requirements.

- Design and implement RESTful web services for integration with other systems.

- Develop portlets, themes, and custom modules in Liferay to extend its functionality.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Java code, Liferay modules, and system integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver solutions in line with project timelines and objectives.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Develop and optimize backend database queries and configurations to improve performance.

- Stay updated on new Liferay releases, technologies, and development methodologies

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Liferay-based solutions post-deployment.
