Facilitates the EEEC II s interests and activities for process system and solution projects. The position is responsible for project activities include, but not limited to, DCS & SIS HW Engineering.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Analyze customer inputs and understand project requirements, including Design Specifications, I/O lists, Instrument Indexes, MCC drawings, and HW loop typicals.
Follow Emersons FSM process to maintain SIS-related documentation in line with safety lifecycle requirements for assigned activities.
Verify compliance with IEC61511 and other relevant standards based on project scope.
Raise Technical Queries as needed.
Develop System Architecture and Interconnection Diagrams.
Perform Heat, Power, and Weight Calculations.
Perform I/O assignments to controllers.
Define hardware concepts and third-party interfaces (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, OPC).
Develop and review BOM for DCS & SIS systems.
Design and review hardware typicals and various cabinet drawings (Network, Server, System, Marshalling, Power Distribution, Interposing relay, etc.).
Design and review furniture consoles and matrix panels for ESD & FGS.
Review third-party devices, verifying compatibility and testing integration with the system.
Supervise and review cabinet builds for quality and consistency to standards.
Develop internal test plans and implement internal testing.
Perform third-party interface testing to ensure compatibility.
Develop HW FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) plan and HW-SW Integration plan.
Conduct integrated testing between software and hardware.
Perform FAT with customers to validate system functionality.
Develop As-Built documentation for final system configuration.
Create and implement SAT (Site Acceptance Test) plans at customer locations.
Conduct loop checks during site visits.
Provide startup and commissioning support at customer locations.
Quality Control & Assurance
Implementation of EEEC IMS processes/documentation as & when required throughout the project.
Adopts to WA quality requirements and Customer s regulatory guidelines
Practices and promotes First time right approach.
Technically follows GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
Other Duties
Perform other additional specific duties, when requested by the business. These will, typically, be strategic in nature but could potentially be anything that the post holder is suitably qualified and experienced to undertake. These duties may be assigned to the person under guidance of a supervisor.

For This Role, You Will Need:
5 years of relevant work experience in the field of process control and automation. DCS/SIS HW Design experience in Engineering Industry is desired.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Must be a bachelor graduate in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication.
