VP/GM - Finance

Job Description

1. Cash Flow management.

2. Budgeting.

3. Preparation of management MIS which shall include financial MIS and key operating parameters.

4. Due diligence.

5. Filing of GST returns, monthly and annually, adherence to all GST regulations regarding payments and returns.

6. Filing of TDS returns, adherence to all TDS laws regarding payments and Returns.

7. Finalisation and filing of accounts, statutory audit, tax audit, GST audit in coordination with auditor in timely manner.

8. Filing of ROC returns and ensuring adherence to Companys law

9. Coordination and maintenance of relationship with bankers regarding companys operation.

10. Regulations and documentation adherence for all import and export services

11. Documentation, filing and record keeping of all commercial transactions

12. Managing all commercial aspects & contracts and providing strategic inputs to the CEO/President and supporting them in their decision making process.

13. Should coordinate with all external like auditors, legal advisors, statutory

authorities etc.

Education

• CA/ICWA Qualified or at least More experienced inter qualified CA and other professional course.
• Experienced person in Accounts, who can close the accounts for finalisation.
• ACS or experience in secretarial matters will be an advantage.

Prior Experience:

• Should have been working in accounts and finance division of manufacturing and service companies
• Experience in handling Accounts, auditing, finalisation of financial statements,
• MIS and adherence to GST and TDS regulations
• 10-15 years Experience
• In depth understanding of Accounts and Financial statements
• Adherence to compliance of GST, TDS and other Income tax matters
• Tally Accounting software
• Competence in MS Excel
• Should possess analytical and good communication skills .
• Tally Accounting software knowledge must.
