Job Description
1. Cash Flow management.
2. Budgeting.
3. Preparation of management MIS which shall include financial MIS and key operating parameters.
4. Due diligence.
5. Filing of GST returns, monthly and annually, adherence to all GST regulations regarding payments and returns.
6. Filing of TDS returns, adherence to all TDS laws regarding payments and Returns.
7. Finalisation and filing of accounts, statutory audit, tax audit, GST audit in coordination with auditor in timely manner.
8. Filing of ROC returns and ensuring adherence to Companys law
9. Coordination and maintenance of relationship with bankers regarding companys operation.
10. Regulations and documentation adherence for all import and export services
11. Documentation, filing and record keeping of all commercial transactions
12. Managing all commercial aspects & contracts and providing strategic inputs to the CEO/President and supporting them in their decision making process.
13. Should coordinate with all external like auditors, legal advisors, statutory
authorities etc.
