Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Manager to lead and manage our AI initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills.

As an AI Manager, you will oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of AI models and solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies into our business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI Strategy Development : Define and lead AI strategy for the organization, aligning it with business objectives and growth goals.

- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI specialists, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.

- AI Model Development : Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and performance.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, and business development to identify opportunities for AI solutions and drive innovation.

- Performance Monitoring : Monitor AI models and algorithms post-deployment, ensuring continuous optimization and resolving issues as needed.

- Research & Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends, implementing innovative solutions and ensuring the company's AI practices remain cutting-edge.

- Budget Management : Manage AI project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery within agreed-upon parameters.

- Reporting : Provide regular updates to senior management on AI projects, including key results, challenges, and opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience in AI/ML management or leadership roles, with a strong portfolio of AI solutions developed and deployed.

- Expertise in AI algorithms, machine learning techniques, and deep learning frameworks (e., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Solid understanding of data science principles, data analysis, and data engineering.

- Strong programming skills in Python, R, and/or other relevant languages.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI and ML model deployment.

- Strong project management and leadership abilities.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skill
