Analyst/Associate - Real Estate AIF Startup (6-8 yrs)

The Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the investment and asset management activities of the fund.

Experience: 6-8 years in real estate, AIF, private equity, investment banking, or related fields

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Modelling and Valuation

- Build detailed financial models to assess project feasibility and returns (IRR, NPV, etc.).

- Perform valuation of real estate assets and portfolios based on established methodologies.

- Prepare cash flow projections and investment performance metrics.

2. Due Diligence

- Collaborate with legal, technical, and compliance teams for thorough due diligence of projects and developers.

- Assess land titles, regulatory approvals, and project risks.

3. Portfolio Monitoring

- Monitor the performance of ongoing investments and ensure compliance with fund objectives.

- Analyse project progress reports, budgets, and timelines to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.

4. Reporting and Documentation

- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for the Investment Committee.

- Support periodic reporting to investors, including fund performance updates.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

- Liaise with developers, financial institutions, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to facilitate investments.

- Assist in investor relations by addressing queries and preparing communication materials.

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (mandatory).

- MBA / CA / CFA (preferred).
