Telecaller:-

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Follow up with dealers, vendors, and customers to gather updates.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Manage NexTorqs social media platforms (basic posting and updates).
• Provide accurate information about products and services.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools (training will be provided).
• Prior experience in telecalling/customer support is a plus.
• Female candidates preferred.

Receptionist:-

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors.
• Manage calls, inquiries, and appointments.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Prior experience in a receptionist/admin role is an advantage.
