Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff members with a smile and provide exceptional customer service.

• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing documents, and maintaining organized records.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in a similar role (front desk or receptionist).
  
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities.
  
• Proficiency in computer operating systems (Windows) and basic software applications (e.g., Word).
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
