Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Input invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions into accounting software.
• Ensure accuracy in financial data entries, verify entries for consistency and completeness.
• Maintain financial records and files, both digitally and physically.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, such as monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Generate financial data for internal use by management and stakeholders.
• Help in gathering and organizing documentation for audits and compliance checks.
• Assist in preparing tax documents and supporting compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments for financial information and Coordinate with payment schedules and invoices.
• Assist in responding to queries and providing documentation as needed.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, inventory, and cost management in manufacturing.

Preferred candidate profile

1. BCom, MCom, 
2. 2 to 3 years prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team.
