Position – Contract (1 month)

Responsibilities:

• Create, format, and edit business documents, reports, and correspondence in Microsoft Word.
• Utilize Words advanced features such as styles, templates, tables, mail merge, and track changes for document management.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare presentations, meeting notes, and other written materials.
• Assist in document proofing and ensure all materials are error-free before submission.
• Convert documents to different formats, such as PDFs, and ensure they are formatted for easy reading and sharing.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials in compliance with company policies.
• Provide support in the preparation of internal and external communications.

Qualifications:

• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, including advanced features like templates, mail merge, macros, and form fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher is a plus).
