Job Description
Position: Manager –Business Analyst
Job Responsibilities:

1. Manages a team of business analysts and responsible for the analysis of new business development and existing improvement.
2. Allocates analysis team resource and monitors deliverable to ensure client needs are met successfully and in a timely manner.
3. Coordinates with other teams to identify and implement new systems to support business function at an effective cost.
4. Coordination with BA Team, Ensure completion of given task
5. Pan India Sales Team Coordination with Managers
6. Making Distributor wise Forecast.
7. Follow on monthly sales MIS with BA team, on Internal Official communications.
8. Operational Involvement- Claims, Orders, Accounts, Logistics , Warehouse, MIS , IT.
9. Overviewing Sales coordinator Distributors tasks
10. Grievances handling Distributors , Sales , BA team, Operations , Logistics, Etc
11. RRM ( Regional Review Meeting ) -Data Collection, Alignment, Folder handling , Records keeping
12. Follow up with Business Head /ASM / TSM for Beat Plan ( PRX related)
13. Preparing Various MIS reports.

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in business administration, management, or related field.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills
4. Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office
5. Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

Location: Mumbai
Experiences- 10 years plus
