The Accounts and Finance practice was set up about50+ years ago and currently has about 26 people.

The department handles overall ManagementInformation System (MIS) and Finance Data analysis covering developing MISacross all levels of finance function using ERP and data from other sources;formulating systems for budgetary controls and reports; profitability reportsof practices; cost data analysis and controls of all entities of the Group, including its overseas subsidiaries

The incumbent will workunder supervision and direction from the Associate Director of Finance informulating and implementing processes. On an ongoing basis, s/he will beresponsible for ensuring that the system s capabilities are effectivelyleveraged to meet the Group s growing needs. It will provide him/her ampleopportunities to learn to interpret the financial data and contribute tostrategic decision-making.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Essential Skillsets Required:

• Thoroughknowledge of GL Accounting, P2P cycle and O2C Cycle.
• Hands-onexperience in handling AP, AR and GL Accounting
• TDSmonthly workings, Quarterly Returns preparation and filing including revisedreturns
• GST(Workings for GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, 2A Reconciliation and Annual Returns)
• Thoroughknowledge of Accounting Standards and Standards on Auditing
• Experiencein Finalization of Books of Account
• Audits -Statutory and Tax Audits
• Knowledgeof Transfer Pricing and Budgeting would be an added advantage
• Teamworkand cross-functional Collaboration

To be tailor-fit for theabove skillsets, you need to have,

a) CharteredAccountant with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience and /Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience working in anERP environment
