JobDescription:
Yourjob responsibilities will include,
Project Related
Managers would beleading multiple projects at any time on process consulting/ internal audit/ risk consulting/ othersolutions
They shall be having team membersreport to them at a project level
Managers have the responsibility ofproject execution and shall report to a director/partner on every project. Theyshall be responsible for ensuring project profitability, quality as well asadherence to the agreed project plan
Managers shall assist thePartner/Director in managing risks associated with the projects
Managers shall be the primaryongoing project level contact for clients
The job would requiretravel to client locations within India and abroad
People Related
Plays the role ofperformance managers for junior staff
Activelyinvolved in training, coaching and mentoring of junior staff
Business Development
Perform business development - leadgeneration till closure
Proactively does sales orientedreporting during projects. These would include identifying possible businessopportunities for various practices within Nexdigm
Thought Leadership
Contribute to solutiondevelopment
Possess good businessacumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilitiesand industry knowledge
Participate in practice initiatives and attimes lead such initiatives such as knowledge management or thought leadership

DesiredCandidate Profile:
Possesses extensiveexperience in at least one of the key solutions
Prior experience inclient facing / account management roles
Exposure to businessdevelopment in consulting (Pre-sales support, proposals, RFP responses)
Possess strong domainknowledge, understanding of business processes and possible risks in operationsof at least two industry sectors
Have experience inprocess consulting/ internal audit/ risk consulting at a project manager/project lead level role
Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.
Strong written andverbal communication skills
Consistent display ofleadership skills
Ability to work well inteams
Ability to work underpressure - stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demandextended working hours
Willingness to travelwithin India or abroad for continuously long periods of time
Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic and lead by example
