Job Description

Job Overview

As an Inventory Outward Coordinator at Nexapp Technologies, you will play a crucial role in managing the outbound flow of inventory, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to streamline the overall logistics process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Fulfilment:

- Process outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.

- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to prioritise and fulfil customer orders.

- Ensure proper packaging and labelling of products for shipment.

2. Inventory Management:

- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in the warehouse.

- Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.

- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage stock levels based on demand forecasts.

3. Shipment Coordination:

- Arrange and schedule outbound shipments with logistics partners.

- Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

- Resolve any shipping discrepancies and communicate effectively with carriers.

4. Documentation:

- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and export documentation.

- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.

5. Communication:

- Collaborate with internal teams to address inventory and shipping-related issues.

- Provide regular updates on outbound inventory status to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in or a related field.

- Proven experience in inventory management and outbound logistics coordination.

- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.

- Experience with warehouse management systems

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
