We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager - Enterprise to join our dynamic team at Nexapp Technologies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in enterprise networking solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to expand our presence in the enterprise market.
- Identify and prioritize target enterprise accounts aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprise organizations.
- Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our SD-WAN, ZTNA, Enterprise Wi-Fi, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop tailored sales collateral, proposals, and pitch materials.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape through continuous market research.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives within the enterprise segment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a high-performing sales team to maximize their potential and productivity.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product management and customer success to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.
- Proven track record (minimum 3 years) in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in networking or related technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts including SD-WAN, ZTNA, Enterprise Wi-Fi, and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within the enterprise segment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
